Caroline McQueen is a passionate Health and Wellness Coach with a master’s degree in Integrative Health and Wellness from Creighton University and a certification in Lifestyle Medicine. Despite facing personal challenges like a mild form of cerebral palsy, Caroline’s unwavering determination has fueled her mission to guide others toward optimal health. She believes in personalized care and accountability, helping clients achieve sustainable transformations one step at a time.
Growing up, Caroline McQueen learned the importance of perseverance and optimism from both her parents, who instilled in her the belief to "never say can't." These values became the foundation of her life’s mission. Caroline holds a master’s degree in Integrative Health and Wellness from Creighton University and a certification in Lifestyle Medicine, equipping her with the expertise to guide clients toward meaningful change.
