Hi, I’m Caroline McQueen, a Health and Wellness Coach with a passion for helping others embrace change and take meaningful steps toward their health and wellness goals. With a background in Integrative Health and Wellness and a deep commitment to making positive change accessible, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

A Personal Journey to Wellness

My passion for health and wellness stems from my own life experiences and challenges. Growing up, my father instilled a mantra in me that I live by to this day: “Never say ‘can’t,’ because ‘can’t’ never did anything.” This philosophy has shaped how I approach both life and coaching.

I’ve faced my own unique challenges, including living with a mild form of cerebral palsy, which limits movement in my right arm and gives me a slight limp. But I’ve never let that define me. Instead, I see it as part of my story—a story that has taught me resilience, determination, and the importance of embracing every step, no matter how small.

From Challenges to Expertise

My personal journey inspired me to pursue a career in health coaching, where I combine my academic background and personal experiences to help others achieve their health goals. After earning my Master’s degree in Integrative Health and Wellness from Creighton University, I became certified in Lifestyle Medicine—a science-backed approach to health transformation.

Through my education and experience, I’ve learned how to help clients create a vision for their optimal health, set realistic goals, and navigate challenges with confidence. Whether it’s nutrition, stress management, or improving physical activity, I work with you to develop a personalized plan that aligns with your unique needs and lifestyle.
